Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the land development and municipal design industry, and has been a Partner of the firm for over 20 years. He has recognized leadership, project management delivery, and design excellence in Toronto, throughout the GTA, and near-north communities. 

Lucila is a recognized leader throughout the GTA municipalities, and she is a Partner-in-charge for some of the largest developers and development projects in the GTA, including being the Lead Consultant of the massive Downtown Markham master-planned community.

Jim has an extensive and wide breadth of experience in the construction industry, from major heavy-civil infrastructure to site-level services. As the Partner-in-charge for Construction Services, Jim represents the success of a project completion.
