Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the municipal infrastructure and land development industry, and has been a Partner of the firm for over 20 years. He has recognized leadership, project management delivery, and design excellence in Toronto, throughout the GTA, and near-north communities. 

Lucila is a recognized leader of key developments throughout Toronto and the GTA municipalities. She is a Partner-in-charge for some of the largest developers and development projects, including being the Lead Consultant of the Downtown Markham master-planned community.

Ken has developed and grown the engineering expertise of the firm required to navigate the intricate policies and procedures of Site Plan development throughout Toronto and the GTA. Both clients and consultants alike enjoy Ken's guidance and deep collaboration on complex projects.
